We at Quantsapp Private Limited are fully committed to keeping your information safe and secure. This policy explains what we collect when you register for a webinar or use our tools on this site, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

Contact & identity: your mobile number (verified via OTP), and, if you provide it, your name and email address.
Device & log data: device identifiers, browser type, IP address, and usage/interaction logs and timestamps.
Advertising & analytics identifiers: ad click identifiers (e.g. Google gclid, Meta fbclid/ctwa_clid), analytics/advertising cookies (Google Analytics and Meta Pixel), and campaign source parameters. See "Cookies & Tracking".

2. How We Use Your Information

To register you for the selected webinar/workshop and provide the service you requested.
To verify your identity via OTP.
To communicate with you (see "Communications & Consent").
To improve our tools, build analytical models, and understand usage.
To measure the performance of our advertising and prevent fraud/abuse.

3. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and the Meta Pixel on this site to understand how visitors use our pages and to measure advertising performance. These set cookies and similar identifiers in your browser. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some functionality.

4. Sharing With Advertising & Analytics Partners

To measure which advertisements lead to genuine sign-ups and purchases, we share limited event and match data with Google and Meta. Where the data can identify you (your mobile number or email), it is irreversibly hashed (SHA-256) before it leaves our systems and is used only for conversion measurement and matching — we do not sell your personal information. We may also share information to comply with law or legal process, and with service providers who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.

5. Communications & Consent

This consent applies notwithstanding any registration on the National Do Not Call (NDNC) / DND registry. You may opt out of promotional/marketing communications at any time (see "Your Choices").

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide the service and for legitimate business or legal purposes. Advertising-attribution records are retained for a limited window (about 30 days) and then expire automatically.

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including OTP-based verification and restricted, confidentiality-bound access, and we review our collection, storage, and processing practices.

8. Your Choices & Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of promotional communications, by contacting us (subject to identity verification and any legal/business retention requirements).
